Hewlett Packard (Compaq) Presario CQ61 with intermittant fault in Port Glasgow, Inverclyde for sale

Lately has developed an intermittent fault. It sometimes wont boot and other times it does boot, When It boots it works fine. When its not booting it shows a single flashing light at side and top right of keyboard if that's any help.
